The base of Cremovo is Marsala wine, a fortified wine typical of Sicily, enriched with egg yolk, sugar and aromas. Cremovo has a rich and complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of vanilla, caramel and sweet spices. On the palate, Cremovo is sweet and velvety, with a creamy texture and a persistent flavour. Sweetness is balanced by the structure of Marsala, which adds depth and complexity.
