Join us for an evening of fine Spanish food and wines
Fresca Mediterranean is teaming up with Kyle Gillum of The Pairing Table to bring you a fun and intimate evening of fine wines matched with Spanish pintxos. Similar to tapas, a pintxo (or pincho) is a small snack traditionally eaten in bars in northern Spain. Enjoyed with a glass of wine or beer, they are usually served 'spiked' with a skewer or toothpick, often to a piece of bread. Showcasing Fresca’s wonderful array of Spanish and Italian products, Kyle Gillum has designed his menu to perfectly complement each wine.
What's included: 6 different Spanish wines (including premium wines) complemented with traditional pintxos. You will also receive 10% off all purchases and wine orders made on the night.

Some of you will remember Kyle Gillum from our previous wine evenings. Kyle has curated the wine lists for some cool London restaurants, including the Gladwin Brothers, Peter Gordon’s Kopapa, and the Italian pizza chain Berberè, also helping to open one of their pizzerias in Milan. Now Kyle has brought all his knowledge, experience and passion home to his own business with The Pairing Table, curating catering experiences where pintxos & viños (or stuzzichini & vini, ) come together in perfect harmony - simple, high-quality ingredients paired with wines that elevate every bite.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A refund will be given if you cancel 48 hours before the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, a credit may be given at our discretion.
